Contest Rules and Guidelines

While registering for our contests, please provide a regular, working email ID and contact number, as they will be used for all official communication, including prize delivery. Films should typically be under 30 minutes, including opening and closing credits. The film must be completely original — made by you, from idea to execution. AI-generated content is not allowed in any form — no AI visuals, audio, or scripts. Copied or remade content from other films, series, or online videos is not accepted.

Submission Requirements and Technical Specifications

Participants can typically submit one film per contest, with limited editing allowed before the deadline. Films should not be uploaded to YouTube, Instagram, or any public platform before the contest ends. We expect films to be exclusive to our contests until results are announced. You're free to create in any language, but if it's not in English, please add English subtitles. Submit your film in MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM, MPEG, or MPG formats, with a minimum quality of 1080p (Full HD).

Judging Criteria and Process

Our team will judge entries based on creativity, storytelling, direction, cinematography, and emotional impact. Any violation of these rules may lead to disqualification or rejection of your submission, without prior notice. Winners will be announced on specified dates, and prizes will be sent as Amazon Pay eGift Cards within 2 working days of the announcement.

By signing up for the Cineflare.NET Short Film Contest, you're confirming that the film you submit is completely your own and hasn't been copied from anyone else's work. You'll always own the rights to your film, but by entering the contest, you give us permission to feature it on Cineflare.NET and our social media channels if it's selected. We'll use the email address and phone number you provide at registration to contact you about results and to send your prize if you win.
