Refunds

Cineflare provides access to digital content that is delivered immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued once access to the content has been granted, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • The payment was successfully processed but access to the purchased content was not provided due to a technical error.
  • A duplicate or excess payment was made for the same transaction.
  • An unauthorized transaction is proven, subject to verification.

Any such refund, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, in accordance with applicable laws and payment gateway policies.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted once a purchase is completed. As digital content becomes immediately accessible after payment, purchases cannot be canceled.
