The Unframed Stories - Season 1

By participating in Cineflare Festivals Short Film Contest – The Unframed Stories – Season 1, you agree to the following terms and conditions: You confirm that your submission is your original work and that you have the rights to use all included content, including AI-generated elements if applicable. You retain full ownership of your film but grant Cineflare.NET a non-exclusive right to showcase and promote your film on its platform and official channels. If your film includes AI-generated content, you are responsible for ensuring that it does not violate any copyright, intellectual property, or third-party rights. Your film must remain accessible via the submitted Google Drive link throughout the evaluation period, failing which your entry may be disqualified. The email address and phone number provided during registration will be used for all official communication including results and prize processing. One winner will receive a cash prize of ₹15,000 which will be transferred to the winner’s bank account within 2 working days of the announcement. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the result announcement, Cineflare reserves the right to select another eligible participant. The top 10 films including the winner will be featured on Cineflare.NET to provide visibility and recognition. Participants are solely responsible for any legal claims related to copyright, music licensing, AI-generated assets, or third-party content used in their film. Any form of plagiarism or unauthorized use of content may lead to disqualification from the contest. Cineflare.NET reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. By submitting your film, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules and terms stated above.
